The Headford Group has today allowed the whole team to work remotely, following on from the government’s guidelines yesterday. This action has been taken to help protect our employees and their families.
In addition to this, any client meetings with the Headford Group will be conducted via the Group’s new video interview/meeting technology.
Craig Headford, Managing Director said, ‘We are faced with the challenge of keeping our team and their families safe, whilst still protecting their jobs and long-term prosperity. It is imperative that the team’s and their families’ health is prioritised over profits.’
The Group has several remote workers in key locations so is already geared up with the latest technology to adapt quickly. We have a cloud-based CRM and a VOIP phone system, which allows us to manage our sales team effectively so that our clients will see no drop in service levels. Some of the team have asked to still work from the office and we have given them the option to decide for themselves. The remote working, provided it’s not abused, allows us to keep our staff gainfully employed during these challenging times.
